Arnon acquires AB B.O. Park – strengthens foothold in Sweden
Arnon Oy, a pioneer in automation, electrification and cloud services, has acquired AB B.O. Park, a Swedish manufacturer of electric automation and pneumatic products. The turnover of the acquired company was approximately EUR 2.7 million in 2019. The corporate acquisition strengthens Arnon’s foothold in Sweden, adding to the company’s rapidly expanding international presence.

Growth power in Ostrobothnia
In August 2018, Finn-Power Corporation, a neighbour of Arnon’s Kauhava unit, moved to new premises in Seinäjoki – and the 40% increase in production capacity was filled up immediately. The distance between the companies increased from a quick bike trip to 40 kilometres. However, the close cooperation of more than a decade is continuing.
