Antti Lahti works at ARNON Vaasa office as Offering Manager. He creates innovative offering strategies and defines what each offering requires technically. This means that his job is to find out what type of technology would be needed to bring each offering into reality. To create offering roadmaps, he needs to consider the development path right from the starting phase to the wanted end result.
Antti has almost finished his Bachelor of Engineering studies focusing on information and communications technology, and he will be celebrating his graduation next spring.
Antti is very customer service oriented. He describes his best traits as understanding the customers’ needs and knowing how to map them. “To understand the technical specifications is obviously crucial, but one thing that also helps me is the colorful sales experience I have from my previous career. I don’t get perplexed very easily.”
