Juha originally trained as an electronics technician. Before joining Arnon, he worked as a mobile phone repair technician. A job opening at Arnon caught his interest, and he started as an installer seven years ago. Over the years, his role evolved first into a tester and later into a team leader.
Currently, Juha is studying to become an electrical automation engineer at Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences.
“I wanted to challenge myself, develop my skills, and advance my career,” Juha explains.
As part of his studies, he completed an internship in design, which resulted in design tasks being incorporated into his job description. His studies are now in their final stretch, only his thesis is left to complete.
Juha was originally drawn to the industry because of his interest in electrical devices and precise, detail-oriented work. He confidently recommends Arnon to anyone interested in the field, as Arnon offers a diverse range of experience.
This Tappara fan spends his free time finalizing his studies and working on an ongoing renovation.
The future is open.
“We’ll see where the road takes me after graduation. I certainly hope for continued career growth,” Juha says.
